Applications are now open for Shellharbour City Council’s 2017/2018 Small Environmental Projects Fun

Community groups, organisations and educational institutions are invited to submit an application to participate in an environmental workshop as part of Council’s Small Environmental Projects Fund. The following informative and hands on workshops are being offered:

• The Butterfly House
• The Bug Experience
• Under the Sea
• Grow Your Own Citrus
• Grow Your Own Native Garden

These workshops are designed to increase knowledge of the local environment and develop skills to carry out environmental projects. 

A total of $10,000 is available in the 2017/2018 financial year to fund these workshops. All workshops must be undertaken by successful applicants between November 2017 and 31 May 2018.

Applications close 4:30pm Friday 8 September 2017.
