Ability Options aim to support people who need assistance to achieve their goals and to feel included within the community. Olympus Solutions is the employment division of our organisation, offering Disability Employment Services, Workready and VTEC programs throughout the Illawarra region. We strive to deliver supports and services using a 'person centred' approach.
