Shellharbour City Council financial assistance/donations

Each year Shellharbour City Council provides funding to assist local sporting, cultural, educational, health, welfare and other groups who have a demonstrated community need. This funding is also available to meet requests for ‘in lieu’ or ‘in kind’ contributions.

The first round of donations for the 2020/2021 financial year is now open. Applications can be made by completing and returning the attached application form by 4.30pm Friday 10th July 2020 to council@shellharbour.nsw.gov.au

Please note that the total value of donation in any one financial year to any one organisation may not exceed $2,000.  In addition to this, latest Annual Financial Statements must be provided for all requests over $1,000 to enable the request to be considered.
